Simpler, they may not have an armor rep fit and took armor damage earlier. Shields recharge on their own, armor doesn't.

Advanced laser has better heat handling than the standard, and requires laser op 3, which give a 15% heat bonus. At laser op 3 even the standard can go *almost* until the end of the magazine before overheating.

I have had this happen, spawning on an uplink, timer is counting down, uplink gets destroyed. Spend the rest of the match, or until I timeout, looking at the map, with no option to spawn.

Dust is running on the test cluster Singularity (aka sisi). Your eve corp and characters are on the production cluster Tranquility (aka tq). This is why your eve guy is not seeing applications from your dust guy. We can't login eve characters on ...

Same here, witnessed in skillbooks and vehicle turret section of the market. Game restart had no effect.
